Brownbagger Stonefly Nymphs

I’m so excited. I found a source for the original Brownbagger Stonefly Nymph. Just in time for the Fall when the salmon are spawning on the Rogue River, Oregon. Rogue steelhead have a hard time resisting these nymphs. They combine two trigger points. One they represent a very visible dark stonefly nymph. Steelhead see and eat a lot of them. Second that nymph is carrying an hot orange salmon egg represented by the bead head. The steelhead eat a lot of those salmon eggs during spawning time. Weighted and with the bead head, these nymph flies get down in the water. Fish on!

The Prince Nymph. Also know as the Brown Fork Tail. The most prolific steelhead catching fly of many past season. Fish on a dead drift, swing or tie on as a dropper nymph. So many options!
